Shipping and Delivery

1. Processing Time:

- All orders require a processing time of 7-20 working days. This includes the time required to prepare your Abaya for shipment, such as customization, quality checks, and packaging.
(Orders will usually be dispatched within 7-15 working days but sometimes it may take up to 25 days during our high sales period because preparation may take slightly longer.)
We will be unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. We try to make sure that our standard order preparation + delivery period will be 17-30 business days after the date you place your order.

2. Worldwide Shipping:

- We offer worldwide shipping for all our Abayas.
- Once your order has been processed, we ship your Abaya using DHL Express, a reliable international courier service.
- Estimated delivery time for international orders is 3 to 5 working days, depending on the destination and any customs clearance procedures.
( Shipping times may vary during bank/public holidays and during peak periods. We cannot be held responsible for delays which may occur as a result of courier related matters, severe weather conditions and any Act of Allah.)

3. Delivery within UAE:

- For customers within the UAE, we provide fast and efficient delivery.
- Once your order has been processed, your Abaya will be delivered to you within 2 business days.

4. Tracking Orders:

- Once your Abaya is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the DHL Express website or their mobile app.

5. Customs and Duties:

- Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred during international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
- We cannot predict or control these charges as they vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

6. Order Status and Support:

- You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.

For all orders from our online store, the customer will be responsible for any Import and Clearance duties as well as any brokerage fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This is operated by our courier  DHL Express for RAVABAYA website.
